I think someone cursed me on Saturday!

To start off with the hover stopped working (just the fuse). Then the handle of my sticky roller broke (a sticky roller is a roll of sticky paper that you can use to get fluff and cat fur off your clothing) so I could not finish cleaning my rug that gets covered in cat fur – and the hover will not pick-up. Then it was my PC, and finally my sewing machine.

I have no idea what is wrong with my pile of crap (PC). I had played the single player of Baldur’s Gate with no problems on Friday before and after Jeanne’s. But when Big Bro and I tried to link-up all hell broke lose! The computer has a problem of sometimes (maybe 4 or 5 time a week) of going mental – the screen will freeze, go all strange colours, blocky and the sound will just keep repeating the last 2 seconds. The only way to get rid of it is to reboot!

After the 4 time this happen in the 2 hours when Big Bro and I were trying to get an online game going. I just lost my temper at the computer, the last time when we had a good game going! Why me and why now?

I had to leave because I really felt like putting my fist in to the monitor. I turned and screamed at Carl “I have asked you to have a look at this fucking machine. Sort the fucker out or do something with it. I just get a good game going with Bro. I don’t care even if you have to wipe the hard drive and start again”. I had to go and sit upstairs to calm down

Later he told me he gained 20MB just by deleting ‘Temporary I-Net files’

I was so angry even poor Angel got it. Like I said I was upstairs watching Silent Hill when Angel came up and meowed at me “What the fuck do you want. Fuck off and get out of my sight” (he did get a good fussing and some extra dinner, as a way off saying sorry to him).

Ok, so I was upstairs when I remembered I had the curtains to finish. So I set up my sewing machine. Just as well I use a test piece of cloth before I start the proper thing. My machine went all nuts on me – missing stitches, pulling the cloth, thread snapped. What the fuck is going on today? So I had to reset the machine. 4 hours later I got them done.

Then Carl asked me if I was going too finished painting the small (about 6 inches) round BattleStar Galactica resin plaque he has. Oh, for fuck sake! But after 10 mins I felt very relaxed and calm. I finished most of it about 11pm. I just have to tidy it up a little were the gold has go onto the blue.

Hahaha well that was my Saturday – a shit of a day (apart from Big Bro!).
